The Shopping Cart
You can collect items from various different events in your shopping cart. However, we recommend placing an order of no more than 30 items at one time, as exceeding this limit can occasionally cause issues during the download preparation process.
Using Coupon Codes
If you possess a coupon code that is applicable to the items in your cart, a coupon field will appear. Please note that the coupon discount applied cannot exceed the total value of the eligible items in your cart.
For example: Cart Value: €7.00 Coupon Value: €20.00 Maximum Discount: €7.00
Therefore, we cannot refund or issue remaining coupon value credits.
The checkout process
To proceed with your order, please click Next. This button is located at the bottom of the screen.
Guest Checkout: If you choose to order as a guest without creating an account, you must enter your full shipping address. This allows us to contact you via email or phone should any issues arise during processing.
Account Creation: Alternatively, you can click Login if you wish to create a user account. You will then be prompted for your email address, followed by your name and password. To complete your address details, you must confirm the email address you provided.
From this point on, the process is identical to the guest checkout. You can review your cart one last time and click Buy.
IMPORTANT: Your order is not finalized yet; payment is still required.
In the next step, you must first select your payment method (PayPal or Bank Transfer), which is completed by clicking the Accept button. Depending on your chosen method, you will either be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment portal, or you will need to initiate the payment manually via your bank's online banking services.
Payment Confirmation After paying via bank transfer, we can expedite the release of your order by having you send us a payment confirmation, either via email or through our online form.
If Issues Arise (The Most Important Thing)
While we make every effort to ensure a smooth process, occasionally, unforeseen problems can occur.
Please give us the opportunity to find a solution. Typically, neither your order nor your payment is lost.
It simply takes a little extra time for us to process the order manually and send you the digital images.
A simple email or phone call will suffice 100%.
