Search of pictures

First of all, you have to choose an event, where you can search the pics.

1. Put the number into the search box.
   You can also search for more than one number at the same time.
   Therefore you have to put the numbers with a space, for example 102 203 204
   
   If you can’t find a pic, you have to look with the word „ohne“
   You can also use the button below the search box.
   All the pics will be listed chronological without a number.
   
   In the turn up search result you can scan the pics.
   
   
2. At every pic you will find the linked numbers, which you can click.
   After that, the numbers will be searched. There will appear more numbers, which shouldn’t make you insecure.
   
   It could be that you will get a multiple strike, after the numbers will be assign automatically to the pics,
   
   
3. Before you take the pic into the shopping bag you have to choose the option for the pic composition.
   Download: You get the digital pic for download, which you can print by yourself.
   Stretcher frame: The ordered pic will be print on a screen and tight on a frame.
   Picture poster: The ordered pic will be print on a poster.
   
   
4. Eye: Quick view of the pic
   Heart symbol: Add to your pic collection. The difference to the shopping bag is, that there haven’t be chosen more options for the pic composition. It should relieve the collection of more pics.

Photo elaboration

Download

You get a digital pic for download. You can print it for your own or use it for a private photo book. The digital picture has a size of 3000x2000px with a solution of 300dpi. Prints up to a size of A3 (297x420mm) are possible without any troubles of the quality.

Stretcher frame:

The ordered pic will be print on a screen and tight on a frame.
The Stretcher Frame consists of spruce wood with a force of 20mm.

At the order you can choose three sizes:

• 20x30cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)
• 30x40cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)
• 40x60cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)

Picture poster:

The ordered picture will be print on a 270g picture paper with shine optic.

At the order you can choose three sizes:

• 20x30cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)
• 30x40cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)
• 40x60cm (portrait- or landscape format, depending on the motive)

Order process

The order process is split in 5 steps

2. You can order as a guest or registered user.
   As a registered user you have more opportunities of the purchase order status & pursuit of delivery. Further the ordered pictures will be found easier and you can ask about the status of approval. The same is for prints like stretcher frames and picture posters.Guests do not have the same rights.
   There is no advantage for the price.
   
   
3. Submission of the bill- and delivery address.
   The form is already finish for all registered user.
   
   
4. Option of delivery.
   In normal case there will be a suitable option.
   
   
5. Payment method
   If you press the Button „forward and check your order „don’t be scared, it doesn’t release an order.

You can check your order, before you take the liable to pay commission. After you took the button „order for fee„ it will be fix that you book your pics.

Payment methods

As a form of payment, you can choose between PayPal and prepayment.
If you take the PayPal payment, it will be a charge of 2% of the gross selling price (gross selling price of the picture + gross selling price of the costs of delivery), which you will see at the choice of the payment.

Shipping methods

The download can be delivered without any reductions worldwide.

Delivery times:
If you take the online payment the approval and the further processing will take place in a few seconds.
If you take the prepayment you will get the download after we receipt the payment. You will get the sending with Email or use of the online form.

In those EU countries we deliver the stretcher frame and the picture poster.
Delivery time is about 6 to 14 days (Monday to Friday).

Registered user has to sign up and they will find all the booked pictures under “My downloads”.

There will be two models to find guest orders.

1. You will get a confirmation email to every order which consists the link for download.
   Please check your SPAM-file, if you didn’t get any email.
   Gmail and GMX often filter our emails.
   Shouldn’t you ever get an email, please follow point 2.
   
   
2. Press "Downloads search"
   

   Put your email address – the same you used at your order - into the form which appears.
   There will be also asked for your name, post code and telephone number and also for the password to find the ordered pics. After you have to press the Button „Search“ there will be your pics.
   If that is not the reason, use the Online form

There will be a Button for Download for guest user or a registered user there is no difference. If you press the Button, the download starts..

Press "Downloads search"

Put your email address – the same you used at your order - into the form which appears.
There will be also asked for your name, post code and telephone number and also for the password to find the ordered pics. After you have to press the Button „Search“ there will be your pics.
